Terms of Sale
These terms of sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of the paid digital services offered on bible-facile.fr. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms, which the customer acknowledges having read before validating payment.

2. Purpose and products
The seller offers a guided reading plan based on summaries of the chapters of the Bible (“the Service” or “the plan”), available online. The customer chooses a scope (New Testament, Old Testament or the whole Bible) and a pace (from 3 to 7 days). The product is digital content supplied online, with no physical medium.
Reading the entire Bible also remains available free of charge on the site.
3. Price
The plan is offered at 9,90 € incl. VAT (all taxes included, French VAT included), as a one-time payment, with no subscription or recurring fees. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
The price is the same for every customer: it is expressed in euros and French VAT applies regardless of the buyer's country. No additional local tax is charged at checkout.
4. Order, payment and invoice
The order is placed online: the customer provides the requested information and then proceeds to payment. Payment is made by bank card (or the payment method offered) via our secure payment provider Stripe. Card details do not pass through our servers and are not stored by the seller. The order is confirmed once payment is validated.
An invoice is issued for every purchase. A link to the invoice is provided in the confirmation email, and a logged-in customer can view and download it at any time from the My invoices page.
5. Access and delivery
As the product is digital content, access to the plan opens immediately after payment confirmation, online, from the device used for the order, and linked to the email address provided. No physical delivery is made.
6. Right of withdrawal — express waiver
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for “the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.”
By validating the order, the customer:
- expressly requests that access to the digital content be provided immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period;
- expressly acknowledges and accepts that they thereby waive their right of withdrawal and that no refund may be claimed on that basis once access has been opened.
This consent is collected at the time of the order via a dedicated checkbox.
7. Complaints and customer service
For any question or complaint about an order, the customer may contact the seller via the contact page. We undertake to respond promptly and to handle any difficulty in good faith; a commercial refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis, in particular in the event of a technical access problem attributable to the seller.
8. Consumer mediation
In the event of a dispute, the customer first sends a written complaint to the seller via the contact page. Failing a satisfactory response within two months, the customer may, free of charge, refer the matter to the competent consumer mediator: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France (www.cm2c.net). Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Intellectual property
The summaries, texts, content and elements of the plan are protected by intellectual property law. The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive right of access; any unauthorized reproduction, resale or distribution is prohibited.
10. Personal data
The data collected during the order (first name, last name, email, year of birth, payment data handled by Stripe) is used to fulfill the order and manage the account. It is never resold. The customer has the right to access, rectify, erase and object to their data, under the conditions set out in the legal notice.
11. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the service, incorrect information provided by the customer, or force majeure. The Service is provided to help discover and accompany reading; it does not replace the full text, which is available free of charge on the site.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first (see sections 7 and 8). Failing that, the competent courts will be those of Chartres, subject to the rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers.
